Colour Samples - in order to make a colour match we require a sample of the fabric that your dress or outfit is made of. If this is not possible, then good alternatives are : a cotton reel, embroidery thread or piece of fabric you consider to be a good match. Paint cards also offer a wide choice of colour samples.

Lighting - colours change their appearance in different lighting conditions. The items dyed may change differently from your dress fabric. To provide the best colour match for your occasion we need to know which lighting condition you wish the match to be made in i.e. daylight or artificial lighting. It is important that any alternative colour samples are also checked for their colour match in the appropriate lighting conditions.
